Why Refill?
Refilling reduces waste.
Every time you refill a container instead of buying a new one, you’re helping cut down on single-use plastic and unnecessary packaging. That means less waste in landfills and oceans—and a smaller footprint on the planet
It’s better for your health.
At Simply Refillery, we focus on non-toxic, clean products. By refilling with safe, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, you can avoid harsh chemicals often found in conventional household and personal care products.
You only buy what you need.
Refilling gives you full control over quantity—whether it’s a little or a lot. It’s a great way to try new things without committing to full-size products.
What containers should I use?
You can bring your own clean and dry container from home, use one of ours from our donation bin, or purchase one of our containers.
How do I refill?
Before you fill, you’ll place your empty container on the scale to get its weight. You’ll then scan a tag and place it around your container so that we can subtract it later. Head to the refill station and fill your container with as much (or as little) as you like. Once you're done filling, bring your container to the register where we will weigh the container again to calculate how much product you’ve added. We are happy to help you or fill your items for you!
How do you lower waste as a refill store?
At Simply Refillery, we take sustainability seriously— from what’s on our shelves to how it gets there. Many of the products we carry are sourced through a closed-loop system. That means we order in bulk from trusted suppliers who ship their products in reusable containers. Once we’ve emptied those large containers, we return them to the supplier, where they’re cleaned, sanitized, and refilled—ready to be used again.
